They say, "If you love something...it will never become work"! During my 35 years with IBM Corporation (in engineering and sales), I developed a true passion along the way for the "Great Outdoors", recreational...hunting land, water, and farm properties. Throughout my journey, I have both owned and sold the aforementioned properties. Along this path, I have acquired the knowledge and expertise to identify, enhance, and leverage their distinctive characteristics to unlock their maximum potential.

Through these experiences, I have fostered connections with a diverse range of local and state authorities, including various State of Michigan entities such as the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (DEQ/EAGLE), and the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDAR). Additionally, I have collaborated with loggers and forestry departments including the Qualified Forest Program (QFM) and the Commercial Forest Program (CFP), as well as engaged with Natural River Zoning.  I have formed numerous partnerships with contractors specializing in wells, septic systems, ponds, and building/structures. I have established connections with many financial contacts, allowing me to explore various financial alternatives.
