Terees Williams, a lifelong resident of Muskegon, balances her roles as a devoted wife, mother, and customer service professional in a local office. She has also delved into entrepreneurship, driven by the desire to support her growing family while maximizing their time together.  Her ventures in catering and rental homes have successfully aligned with these priorities, allowing her to thrive both personally and professionally.

With over a quarter-century of observations as a private landlord, Terees learned that many individuals aspire to own their own homes.  But barriers such as fear of the unknown and lack of guidance prevent them from obtaining that goal. Her experience has equipped her with the skills to overcome these obstacles. Terees is passionate about connecting people with the right information and resources, acting as a staunch advocate for her clients. She ensures accuracy by going directly to the source of information and meets individuals at their current stage in their journey, supporting them every step of the way towards their desired destination.  That passion is what motivates Terees as a realtor.
