The Docks is a New Waterfront Community
MiCoast/Core Realty Partners will serve as the exclusive real estate broker for The Docks! This is a new waterfront community with on-water and near-water homes. Seasonal and year-round living along the Muskegon Lake shoreline at its best!
Planned at The Docks are 240 custom homes, cottages, and condos. The community will span 80 acres and surround a 12-acre water inlet.
